Middle School
Our Middle School Pastors are world class disciple makers. From midweek services to quarterly events, you are sure to see live's change on a weekly basis.
Worship
As a worship intern, you'll invest in your skills onstage and develop expertise offstage. You have to have a solid theological foundation for worship, be a capable music director, be able to build a team, train volunteers, navigate a church staff, and so much more.
Events
There's a growing demand for the skills it takes to run an event. Sales, customer relations, atmosphere design, programming, these are just a few of the things you will learn as you help us put on incredible events to reach our community.
Outreach
Bayside believes in unleashing compassion globally and locally. As an outreach intern you will be a crucial part of Serve Day, Mexico, and many other opportunities to meet real world needs as the hands and feet of Jesus.
Communications
As a communications intern, you'll work side by side with the team managing creative and strategic content for our campuses. You will learn how to engage a digital audience through social media, video production, and photography.
IT/Tech
You'll work side by side with our IT/Tech team to serve our campuses and online community. You'll experience what it's like to work in the field of IT and develop skills to create efficient systems.
Production
The church needs versatile pros. Answer the call. There are intangible skills developed during late night load-ins, troubleshooting with minutes before doors open, and actually making it happen behind a console that you just can’t learn anywhere else.
Early Childhood
You will experience helping with curriculum, preparing classrooms, assist with teacher training, and build friendships with volunteers and staff.
High School

Special Needs ministry is designed to help students of varying abilities experience the love of Christ. As an intern, you'll learn how to minister to people with special needs and have more fun than you ever thought you would.

You'll work side by side with our Young Adults team to reach the group of people most likely to abandon their faith and walk away from the Church. You'll run weekly gatherings, socials after "the 6" service and small groups.

This internship works directly with the Student Ministries Operations team. You will learn to run big events that impact thousands of students.
